No. Water and electricity charges are deducted from the security deposit after your stay. Usage is based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out and charged at the applicable Aqualectra rates, with no markup.

The nightly rate is based on 2 guests and excludes 7% sales tax, water and electricity usage, the required € 125 final cleaning fee, and the security deposit. Each additional guest beyond 2 costs € 5 per night; children under 3 are exempt from this surcharge.

The security deposit is € 250 and is refunded after your stay, less water and electricity usage and any applicable charges. For stays longer than 2 weeks, the deposit increases by € 50 per additional week.

A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays longer than 14 nights to keep the apartment fresh and clean throughout longer visits.

Pay 35% within 5 days of the invoice date. The remaining 65% is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. The security deposit is due no later than 1 week before arrival. If you book shortly before arrival, your invoice will state the amount due immediately. Payment is by bank transfer to a Dutch IBAN account.

When you book directly, you don't pay platform service fees. Additional charges, such as sales tax, the security deposit, water and electricity, and final cleaning, are listed separately in the booking widget and on your invoice.

For cancellations up to 6 weeks before arrival, the advance payment is nonrefundable. For cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival, the full invoice amount, excluding the security deposit, will be charged.

A 10% last-minute discount is automatically applied when arrival is within 30 days. An 18% long-stay discount is automatically applied to stays of 28 nights or more. Any promo codes are checked against the conditions set in the promo code management screen.
